About

I am Toby Mackenzie, a beginning web developer located in Peninsula, Ohio.  I was, until recently, a student at Cuyahoga Community College in their eBusiness Management Program, focusing on web development.  I have now graduated and am now doing front-end development at a small web development firm in Akron called Cogneato.

This site is my professional blog, harboring articles about web projects I work on, jobs, and web stuff in general. My “professional” website, tobymackenzie.com, houses more information about me, including my portfolio and contact information. This blog will probably be moved there eventually.

As web development goes, I have experience working with XHTML, CSS, PHP, ASP, MySQL, and MSSQL. I also have experience working in a *NIX environment, including some BASH scripting experience. Feel free to contact me at tobym@tobymackenzie.com.
